Under the leadership of barn manager Kristin Eliot-Leas, 7/8ths Farm offers a constant schedule of lessons, in both a one-on-one and group format.

Kristin has been riding horses since she was three years old. She grew up in nearby Westbrook and has spent her life breeding, raising and training Thoroughbred and Hanoverian horses.

Through pony club, she started competing in eventing on her own trained homebred. She continues to have strong ties with the pony club by coaching and teaching and started the adult version called Horsemasters here at 7/8ths Farm.

We invite you to participate in her lessons and help her train both you and your horse.
